At COFFEE PLANT, we strive for the perfect roast in every bag; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we can only accept returns on non-consumable equipment and accessories within 30 days of purchase.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your item is an unopened accessory or brewing equipment in its original packaging. Please note that roasted coffee beans are final sale for food safety reasons.

Email our brewing team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.
Ship Your Item
Once authorized, securely pack your item and ship it back to our roastery using the prepaid label provided by our customer service team.
Receive Refund
After we inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
